Recherche à prendre contact avec des Anciens qui aurait connu son grand-père, son surnom à Elvington était "Frankie", une indication il boitait, son identité est censé être Joseph Fernand GARCIA, nous n'avons pas d'information sur sa fonction, était-il au Service général où mécanicien au sol ??.

Il quitte Elvington en 1946 pour rejoindre sa ville natale Lyon.
